broadcasting services on their legacy fixed broadcasting
services.
DMB center, the key part of DMB service, consists of three
parts: 1) Baseband that receive and compress video signals
for efficient storage and transmission; 2) Digital Headend that
combines many input signals into one stream; and 3) Uplink
that transforms the signal appropriate for the wireless
transmission.
