networking operators to manage troubleshooting operation in

As illustrated in the following diagram, network operators can
register a networking problem in troubleshooting database,
assign a staff based on the category of problem. The delegated
staff is notified by a messenger program and can update
troubleshooting database based on his activity until trouble
resolution.
