Giang Phung
is our Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Mr Phung has 20
years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
Prior to this position, he was the CEO of a main board
listed company on the SGX-ST, DMX Technologies Group Limited
since 2002. Mr Phung began his career at Telstra and QPSX
Communications Ltd in Australia. From 1993 to 2001 he worked
for Datacraft Asia Ltd as a Chief Technologist for the
Datacraft group. Mr Phung holds a MBA degree from the
University of Louisville, Kentucky, U.S.A., and First Class
Honours degree in bachelor of electrical engineering from
the UWA, Australia. He was a member of ATM Forum of the
United States, the World-wide Frame Relay Forum, the ITU-T
Study Group XVIII, and the IEEE 802.6 for Metropolitan Area
Network. |

Ms Lam Mee Ling is our Chief Financial Officer,
who has approximately 30 years’ experience in the computer and
communications industry. Prior to this, she was the financial
controller of Allied Telesyn Asia Pacific Ltd from 2004 to 2006,
covering 13 countries. From 1994 to 2002, she was employed by
Datacraft as a financial manager, regional financial controller
and group financial controller. Ms Lam began her career as a
financial and administrative and operational manager from 1976.
She holds a degree in Master of Science (Finance) from
University College Dublin, National University of Ireland. |

David Lee is our Sales Director. Mr Lee was
a co-founder of AMS Korea. He is responsible for overseeing
sales activities of our Group. In particular, he is instrumental
in securing large projects across the region. He began his
career with an information and communication company in 1995,
prior to setting up AMS Korea in March 1997 with three other
founders. Mr Lee holds a degree in Computer Science from Suwon
University, Korea in 1996. |

Dominic Mak joined AMS Group in January 2008 as the
Director of Marketing for the Group as well as the Managing
Director of its Storage Product business unit. Mr. Mak has
over 20 years experience in the IT and Telecommunications
industry. Prior to this position, he was the Director of
Marketing of DMX Technologies Group Limited, a SGX main
board listed company. Mr. Mak began his career as a computer
programmer in 1983. He subsequently joined Data General in
1988 as a sales account manager. Between 1992 and 2000, he
worked for Datacraft Asia in various positions including LAN
Business Manager, Field Marketing Manager, Regional
Marketing Manager and General Manager. He holds a Bachelor
of Engineering degree from the Hong Kong Polytechnic
University. |

Charles Leung is our Marketing
Director, China. Mr Leung was a co-founder of DMX in 1999 and was
handling security business between 1999 and 2004. From 1996 to
1999, Mr Leung was the internet business development manager of Datacraft. Before joining Datacraft and DMX, Mr Leung served
various capacities as the marketing manager, system engineer
manager and system engineer for Chevalier Computer Limited from
1981 to 1986. Mr Leung has 25 years’ experience in the computer
and communications industry. |

Suh Seung Hyun is one of the co-founders of
AMS Korea and is currently the General Manager of AMS Korea. Mr
Suh has 12 years of experience in the industry. In his capacity
as the General Manager, he is responsible to oversee the
day-to-day business of our Korean operations. He began his
career with an information and communication company in 1995,
prior to setting up AMS Korea in 1997 with three other founders.
Mr Suh holds a degree in Computer Science from Suwon University,
Korea in 1996. |

Jack Xu is our General Manager of AMS China. He
has over 24 years of working experience in the industry. Mr Xu
started his career as an engineer in Railway Bureau (computer
department) of Guangzhou in 1982. From 1993 to 1994, he was a
vice president of a private company and was responsible for its
research & development and marketing. In 1994, he joined ePro
China and has expanded the company’s business from an initial
staff strength of 50 to over 300. Mr Xu is a Committee Member of
Guangzhou Province Software Development Association and the Vice
Chairman of Guangzhou City Software Development Industry
Association. He graduated from South China Normal University
(华南师范大学) with a Graduation Certificate in Computer Science and
holds a Master of Business Administration degree from University
of Western Sydney, South Australia. |

Ms Truong Thi Thuy Huong is our General Manager
of AMS Vietnam. Ms Huong has 24 years of experience in the
industry. Prior to joining AMS Vietnam, she was with Phillip
Morris (Vietnam), Datacraft Vietnam, Apollo Education & Training
Organisation and Comin Asia Group (Vietnam) for the period from
1995 to 2005. She began her career as an accountant and
subsequently as a chief accountant for various companies from
1983 to 1994. Ms Huong holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from
Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics in 1999. She also
obtained a Certificate of Education for Chief Accountants of
State Enterprises from the Vietnam’s Ministry of Finance. |
