In general, we provide a warranty period of one (1) year for
hardware and three (3) months for software products in a network
or system we built for our customers. During the warranty
period, replacement of faulty parts is provided
free-of-charge. We manage our warranties by keeping spare
products at our premises. Faulty products are usually sent to
our technology partners for repair.
Upon expiry of a warranty period, our customers may enter
into maintenance agreements with us for a term typically from
one (1) to three (3) year(s).
Our engineering service department performs most of the tasks in
providing maintenance services to our customer. These tasks
include the purchasing of spare parts, testing, Internet
connection, telephone hotline and escalation procedure in order
to achieve customer satisfaction.
