We design and provide digital media and integrated network
solutions by combining our own products with those of
our technology partners in their respective specialised areas to
meet our customer requirements.
Hence, our business mainly depends on the availability of
technology and accordingly, we are required to identify new
technology and form sustainable and long-term relationships with
our technology vendors. Currently, we have established an
exclusive relationship with one technology vendor, namely Terayon and we intend to build more exclusive relationships with
our technology vendors. We further enter into distributorship or
reseller agreements with our technology partners to facilitate
our supply of the relevant network solutions to our customers.
