Every project is unique in its own!
That is why AMS assigns a project manager for each project, who
will draw up a project implementation plan. The project
implementation plan will be provided to our customer prior to
the execution of the project in order to communicate and manage
our customers’ expectation in terms of the procedure and time
involved in our project implementation.
We will then carry out a site inspection to ensure that our
customers’ environment is suited for the installation of the
hardware and software equipment of our solution. We inspect
electrical supply, operating conditions, air conditioning,
equipment housing mechanics, electrical wirings and others
prior to installation.
Upon satisfactory inspection, our engineers or subcontractors
will install the hardware and software of our solution at our
customers’ premises. During this stage, we may involve our
pre-sales engineers or our technology partners to ensure that
the installation is in accordance with our proposal. This
process may take one (1) week to three (3) months depending on
the complexity and scale of the project.
After the completion of installation, we will carry out system
testing and commissioning and thereafter, hand-over to our
customers.
We provide hands-on training to ensure that our customers fully
comprehend and are able to operate and maintain the system. We
also provide maintenance services as a way to save costs for our
customers.
